Often, all I can think about is being in Paris. Really, just the act of being. I imagine myself on Rue Cremieux, in the 12th, one of Paris’ most beautiful streets. I’m wondering through on my way to the baker’s to pick up a loaf of bread and perhaps some fromage as well.  The sun is shining and the breeze is cool and crisp. My heart sings when I hear my favorite two words in the French language, “Bonjour madame.”  There is just something so wonderful about being greeted in French; perhaps Hemingway’s best quote comes closest to describing it best;

If you are lucky enough to have lived in Paris as a young man, then wherever you go for the rest of your life it stays with you, for Paris is a moveable feast. -Ernest Hemingway

And it’s not just Paris! I’ve been fortunate enough to visit small towns and cities along the coast and they are all extraordinary! Though, Paris was the first city that struck a chord in my soul most likely because I had always held it up as a place I longed to visit. Luckily for me, it did not disappoint. I was only twenty-one when I set foot on Parisian soil for the firs time; a time that seems like a lifetime ago. I yearn to go back and wander the streets taking it all in. Until that day, here are a few items that will bring the vibe of Paris direct to you!
