Another week has gone by and it’s a hot summer here in KC. This weather has me dreaming of being back in the South of France with the sea breeze and fresh fish, just caught and drenched and lemon.  When days are hot and work is long, all I want to do is be back on holiday. I’m sure you can agree.

To take my mind off of that experience, which is hard to do, I cook. So lately I have been cooking up a storm and I cannot wait to share my summer recipes, including a few summer cocktails coming straight to you from the Costa Brava and the Cote d’Azur!
